So we’ve peeked into chi kung and self hypnosis. Enlightenment is a state that takes place in many separate realms at once. The three I am going to focus on are the physical, the mental and the spiritual. Let me explain right now the spiritual realm is… it’s already done… all the time. Without a doubt.
